How to play
🎲 Roll & move
Roll two dice and move clockwise. Doubles give you another roll — but three doubles in a row send you to Jail. Passing Start pays $200, landing exactly on it pays $300. Income Tax takes 10% of your cash; Luxury Tax is a flat $75.
🏙️ Buy cities
Land on an unowned city, airport or utility to buy it. Decline and it goes to auction: anyone can bid before the timer runs out.
💸 Collect rent
Opponents landing on your property pay rent. Owning a whole country doubles the base rent; airports and utilities scale with how many you own.
🏠 Build
Own every city of a country to build houses, then upgrade to a hotel. With “Even build” on (default), houses must be spread evenly across the country. Buildings sell back for half price.
🏦 Mortgage
Mortgage properties for quick cash (no rent while mortgaged). Lifting a mortgage costs the value plus 10%. You can also sell a property back to the bank for its mortgage value. The host can turn mortgages off.
🏷️ Sell
On your turn you can put a property up for sale at your own asking price. The other players bid in a live auction and the winning bid goes to you. The host can turn this off.
🤝 Trade
Offer cities, cash and jail cards to any player. They can accept, decline or counter. Trades execute atomically on the server.
🚔 Jail
In Jail, pay $50, use a card, or try to roll doubles. After three failed attempts you are released for free. However you get out, you move on your next turn. If the host turns on “No rent while the owner is in jail”, your properties earn nothing while you are locked up.
💥 Bankruptcy
If you cannot pay, sell buildings, mortgage or sell properties to the bank to raise cash. If you go bankrupt, everything you own is sold to the bank, the money pays the player you owe, and your properties go back on the market.
🏆 Winning
The last player standing wins. In timed games the highest net worth wins. Net worth = cash + purchase price of each property (half price if mortgaged) + the build cost of every house and hotel.
